Over the last 14 years, major oil companies in Europe and Americas have come to recognise erpec as fitting alternative to exhibitions, having the opportunity to talk 'one-on-one' with suppliers in comfortable surroundings, without the need to walk the aisles of a trade show.


The Business of Retail Petroleum

Building meaningful relationships and discovering new ways of operating Europe's retail petroleum network more efficiently, is a reality at erpec, otherwise why would so many companies return year on year.

The Meetings Programme


As either a retailer or a supplier delegate, all participants at erpec can request up to 20 meetings with other registered delegates, each of whom will be profiled on the erpec website. Selections can be made from April 10th onwards and all delegates are guaranteed at least 12 appointments.

One week prior to the event, a personal appointments schedule is created and emailed for approval to each delegate. Meetings take place at facilities granted to the Oil Companies and Petroleum Retailers and last a maximum of 20 minutes. Please see programme for exact timings.
